My philosophy about updating the BIOS is don't do it unless you need to and more importantly the specific problem is addressed in the later BIOS description or that you have exhausted all other possibilities.

But i've never done it qsus, so can someone help me out. It could be that the BIOS needs to be reset, you need to make BIOS configuration changes, hardware failure, oxidation, overheating due to clogged vents or you need to update a driver of one kind or another.
